Overview

We keep data collection small. The website has no accounts, no login and no advertising. The only things stored are listed on this page.

02

This website

The site does not set tracking cookies and does not run analytics scripts. Like any host, our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and reliability.

03

Reviews

When you post a review we store:

  • The name you typed (or “Anonymous”), your star rating and your review text
  • The time it was posted
  • A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to allow one review per 30 minutes

Your IP address is never stored in readable form. Reviews are public, so don't put personal information in them.

04

Server list

The home page can show the servers Kanaro is in: server name, icon and member count, read from Discord. If you don't want your server shown, ask in the support server and it will be hidden.

05

The bot

To provide its features, Kanaro processes server events such as joins, leaves, role and channel changes, moderation actions and message activity for leveling. Logs go to the channel server admins choose. Removing the bot from your server stops this processing.

06

Third parties

Kanaro relies on Discord (the platform), Supabase (review storage) and Vercel (website hosting). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

07

Your choices

You can ask us to delete a review you posted, hide your server from the public list, or remove data tied to your server. Send the request through the support server.
