Terms of Service

Agreement

By adding Kanaro to a server, logging in to the dashboard or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including its minimum age requirement.

The service

Kanaro is a Discord bot for anti-nuke protection, moderation, automod, leveling and logging, plus a website and a ticket dashboard to manage some of its settings. Features can be added, changed or removed at any time.

Your server

You are responsible for your server and how you set Kanaro up in it. Kanaro acts on the settings you choose, so automated actions such as bans, kicks, timeouts and reversing changes are your server's decisions, not ours.

• The invite link asks for Administrator so Kanaro can undo nukes and enforce rules. You can give it fewer permissions, but some features may stop working.
• Only give trusted people access to Kanaro's settings and commands.
• Anti-nuke tools reduce risk, they can't promise a server will never be damaged.

Acceptable use

Don't use Kanaro, the website or the dashboard to:

• Harass, threaten or target people, or break Discord's rules or the law
• Spam commands, abuse rate limits, or try to overload or attack the bot or website
• Look for or exploit bugs to gain access you were not given, or reverse engineer private parts of the service
• Use Kanaro to raid, nuke or damage other servers

Dashboard

The dashboard uses Discord login. You can only change settings for servers where you have the right permissions. Keep your session private, and you are responsible for changes made while you are logged in. Settings you save, such as ticket panels, are applied to your server by the bot.

Reviews

Reviews are public. You are responsible for what you post, so keep it honest and free of personal information. We can remove reviews that are spam, abusive or misleading. See the Privacy page for what is stored when you post.

Availability

We aim to keep Kanaro online but can't guarantee uptime. The service may be paused, changed or shut down, and these terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Kanaro means you accept the update.

Termination

We may block a user or server from Kanaro, the website or the dashboard if these terms are broken. You can stop at any time by removing the bot from your server.

Liability

Kanaro is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using it or by it being unavailable, including damage to a server, missed or mistaken moderation actions, or lost data.
